Our seasoned and Construction Managers and Construction Inspectors ensure compliance with state and local building codes as well as quality product delivery, on time and on budget. Whatever you need — oversight of new construction, demolition, supervision of subcontractors, or space planning — our team of trained, certified professionals brings years of experience to your site.

Clover Leaf specializes in testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB) of ventilating, air moving, air conditioning and hydronic systems. In 2020 Clover Leaf acquired Kirk Air Co, who had performed in this industry for more than 45 years. We are members of the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) and hold certifications for TAB of Environmental Systems, Cleanroom Testing Procedures, TAB Theory, Air and Hydronic Environmental Systems.

We hold a NM MM98 Mechanical Contractor’s license, No. 56726. HVAC system analysis and testing requires a high degree of technical training and advanced test equipment, which is maintained by our certified staff with more than 80 years of combined experience.

We have ICC certified inspectors in the areas of Mechanical, Civil and Electrical inspection. Our inspectors have extensive experience in code compliance and work directly with the crafts and superintendents to validate systems and make necessary changes when inadequacies are located.

Our inspectors maintain their certifications through formalized training and certification maintenance. We also have an eye out for safety concerns and our team works together to ensure safety across the project.

For our government clients, the BUILDER™ system allows us to develop a proactive approach to asset management and resource allocation. Clover Leaf uses the software to plan strategically, and our hands-on inspectors and engineers help our clients stay on top of managing their organization’s assets.
