Temple Mobility Master Plan

In July of 2022, after 18 months of collaborating with the City of Temple, the City Council unanimously adopted the Temple Mobility Master Plan. The plan’s goal is to provide an “inclusive and equitable multimodal transportation network that provides safe, well-connected mobility choices to the City of Temple.” Robust public and stakeholder engagement was a key driver of the process, and the resulting document is truly a community-driven plan for a rapidly growing city. ATG | DCCM spearheaded the multi-firm, multidisciplinary effort that included public engagement, system assessment, multimodal scenario analysis, and a mobility capital improvement plan.
